ATC – All Things Communicate strengthens its global reach with an important new collaboration: the Swiss multinational company Angst+Pfister entrusted us with organizing two photo and video sessions, aimed at showcasing the passion, cohesion, and values that define the company—a global leader in engineering solutions for industry—through the direct involvement of its in-house talents.
The photo shoots, led by photographer Massimo Bietti, captured Angst+Pfister employees at various moments in their professional lives: at both the headquarters and Switzerland Innovation Park in Zurich, and at the compounding and production sites in Bursa, Turkey. The production excellence, collaborative atmosphere, and commitment to diversity and inclusion were conveyed through images that center on the essential and irreplaceable role of people. In addition to the photos, a series of short clips were created, capturing different moments of office and production life.
“It’s not always easy to capture the essence of a professional environment,” says Greta Cogo, account manager for this project, “but thanks to meticulous planning, the client’s full cooperation, and the expertise of Massimo Bietti, the shooting days allowed us to document many different aspects of life at Angst+Pfister.”
According to Antonia Grande, Talent Acquisition Partner at Angst+Pfister, “ATC quickly understood the significance our employer branding team placed on this event. Thanks to their creativity and dedication, the agency was able to fully capture the essence of our company culture and the passion of our employees through both photos and original ideas.”
The shoot days also included the filming of over ten interviews, directed by filmmaker Davide Aichino, in which employees shared both their professional experiences and more personal insights. The mix of institutional authority and spontaneity accurately reflects the culture promoted within the Swiss group.
Alessandra De Bernardi, Head of Marketing Digital Innovation at Angst+Pfister, emphasized the importance of the atmosphere and the “chemistry” that developed on set: “The ATC team was able to engage with the group in a professional and fun way, helping everyone feel comfortable during the photo and video shoots, which allowed them to express themselves naturally. The result effectively communicates Angst+Pfister's innovative capabilities while remaining authentic.”
As Art Director Supervisor Luigi Dellacqua explains, “The footage was edited into a series of short videos that bring to life a new format conceived by ATC, ‘Meet Angst+Pfister.’ By blending official moments with more spontaneous commentary, the format presents true video self-portraits, in which Angst+Pfister’s talents perfectly embody the positive spirit felt within the company.”
The photos and new video format will be shared online through the company's website and social media channels.
