ATC strengthens its branding and packaging capabilities

The early months of 2025 bring a major development in the communications agency landscape. Reverse Innovation — a branding and packaging agency founded in 2008 by Alice Tacconi and Mirco Onesti — has joined the ATC – All Things Communicate family, a Milan-based firm that has been delivering integrated B2B2C communication projects for over 30 years, spanning strategy, creativity, and execution.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Reverse,” says Renzo Riccò, founder and chairman of ATC. “We’ve admired their work for a long time, and their creative talent is reflected in the many international awards they’ve received over the years. Their arrival allows us to strengthen our position in branding and packaging while adding Reverse’s unique expertise in shape design to our offering.”

The partnership between ATC and Reverse has deep roots: over the years, the two agencies have frequently teamed up to merge their complementary skill sets. This shared approach stems in part from their similar DNA — both are firmly established partners of major global groups such as Nestlé and Unilever, while also excelling in the local market with a strong portfolio of Italian clients.

Reverse’s extensive experience in branding and packaging represents a strategic asset for ATC,” says General Manager Donatello Occhibianco. “Our early collaborative projects are already showing how well the two agencies’ areas of expertise complement one another, broadening the strategic and creative scope of our work.”

“For Reverse, joining ATC doesn’t mean losing our distinct identity in terms of skills or client base,” adds Alice Tacconi, partner at Reverse. “On the contrary, it means enriching our projects with a broader consumer perspective, extending from BTL to retail activations.”

“We’re very optimistic about the future,” confirms Mirco Onesti, also a partner at Reverse. “This creative and strategic collaboration is off to a great start. Our joint work with ATC’s clients — and ours — is already proving highly fruitful, and the ‘chemistry’ between our teams has quickly led to a seamless and effective integration.”
